#GivingTuesday is a global giving movement that has been built by individuals, families, organizations, businesses and communities around the world. This year, #GivingTuesday is November 27, 2018. #GivingTuesday harnesses the collective power of a unique blend of partners to transform how people think about, talk about and participate in the giving season. It inspires people to take collective action to improve their communities, give back in better, smarter ways to the charities and causes they believe in, and help create a better world. #GivingTuesday demonstrates how every act of generosity counts, and that they mean even more when we give together. How Your Donation Helps

Right 2 Thrive’s Wine for Food Campaign

The Wine Shop at Home presents an easy and delicious way to support families in need of food in Kenya, during the pandemic.

Wine Consultant, Kari Sanders is donating her commissions to Right 2 Thrive in support of our Survival Food Kit campaign to feed 300 casual laborers and their families who have no means of making money due to the COVID quarantine restrictions.

How you can help:

1) Order your wine online here. You can also order Personalized Wine, or go for the ultimate COVID coping mechanism and order a Half-Case of Wine.

2) Notify Kari of your order at wineshop@karisanders.com.

It’s that simple! The really nice thing about these wines is they don’t have any preservatives and have very low sulfates, so people call them “headache-free” wines. Yes, please!

You can also fundraise for Right 2 Thrive simply by doing what you love. Families, schools, social groups, sports teams, companies, and communities can come together to fundraise. Do something fun while spreading awareness and raising funds for Right 2 Thrive!

Art and Abolition exists to restore justice to young girls in Kenya who have survived sexual violence as a result of poverty. They do this through Art Therapy, Education Sponsorship, and Economic Empowerment.  This is an organization that has opened its home to us in many ways from offering us space for our programs to sharing resources and wisdom and collaborating on activities that help empower our students. The Art and Abolition team is family to us.

Mtaani Radio is a non-profit, independent community based radio station that intends to build bridges with its listeners in Dagoretti, a huge area of Nairobi, Kenya. It exposes the local communities to the public through culture, and other social considerable issues. Mtaani Radio has featured Right 2 Thrive Empowerment Instructors and members of the Kustawi Project.

Koinonia Community has Kivuli Center, a health facility and children's home for boys in Kabiria. We rent space at their facility to conduct our Women's Economic Empowerment Programs.

In 2014, Forix Foundation generously supported our Empowerment Program.
